1. Dice 3 bread slices and soak in 2/3 cup water for 5 mins.
2. Chop 3 garlic cloves and 2 tbsp parsley.
3. Combine 1 lb ground pork, 1 lb ground beef, soaked bread, 1/4 cup parmesan, 1 egg, garlic, parsley, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper.
4. Gently mix by hand until combined. Avoid over-mixing.
