Some tricks to make flavourful spinach artichoke dip !

INGREDIENTS– Cream cheese– Mayonnaise– Parmesan cheese– Romano cheese– Mozzarella cheese– Garlic– Dried basil– Garlic salt– Salt– Black pepper– Artichoke heart– Frozen chopped spinach– Water chestnuts (optional)– Toast points or sliced vegetable

1.Preheat oven to 350 F.

2.Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper together in a medium bowl or mixing bowl with paddle attachment.

Add artichoke hearts and spinach; gently stir. Add in the water chestnuts, if using.

Transfer the mixture to baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned on top, about 25 to 35 minutes.

Serve with toast points or sliced vegetables (including jicama, an unsung hero) or as a grilled cheese sandwich.
