Chocolate Flavour Fudgy Brownie Cookies Preparation in some slids !

Melt 1/2 cup of butter and whisk it together with 1/2 cup of cocoa powder in a large bowl.

Add 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar to the mixture, stirring until well combined.

Incorporate 1 room temperature egg and 2 teaspoons of vanilla into the mixture, stirring thoroughly.

Combine 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt into the mixture, stirring until just combined.

Add 1/3 cup of semisweet chocolate chips into the dough and mix them evenly throughout.

Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes to firm it up.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Scoop out 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie and place them 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
