Decadent Triple Chocolate Brownie Fingers

gelatin, cold water, dark chocolate, heavy cream, unsalted butter, eggs, egg yolk, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, chocolate chips, sea salt flakes, and neutral oil

Ingredients

Create Whipped Chocolate Ganache – Soften gelatin, melt dark chocolate, and mix with warmed cream and gelatin. – Whip cream, fold into chocolate mixture, and chill until firm.

Implementation Step 1

Prepare Brownie Base – Combine melted butter and dark chocolate, mix with eggs and sugars. – Fold in cocoa powder and flour, bake in a lined pan with chocolate chips.

Make Chocolate Coating – Melt dark chocolate and mix with neutral oil until smooth.

Assemble Brownie Finger – Cut cooled brownies into rectangles. – Top with whipped chocolate ganache, dip in melted chocolate coating.
